Simulations for troubleshooting

Looking for some suggestions on any troubleshooting simulations for the MS environment. My group occasionally takes calls from staff that obviously haven't been trained well enough. One of the Cisco CCNP exams focuses exclusively on troubleshooting, you have a bunch of devices and a problem. You have to explore the devices and answer three questions to get the question right (which device the problem is on, what technology the problem is with and then how to fix it). I'm not looking for a MS exam that does this (although that would be great) but hopefully someone might know of a company that provides something similar. in a sim or VM hands-on-labs type format.
