What Happens if both sides of a link have different ospf cost

Router A interface ========== Router B interface

What happens if I configure "ip ospf cost 1 " on Router A interface & "ip ospf cost 2 " on Router B interface?
Which cost will ospf use for calculation when transversing this link?

Labbed it yet? Its been 6 months since you asked?
Ospf adds outgoing interface cost to destination. It would mean r1 and r2 had different costs to each other.
