902 and 70-680

How does the 902 exam line up with Microsoft's 70-680? I'm just starting a class that focuses on 70-680 and I wanted to organize my 902 self-study material alongside this course, if possible. I realize the A+ is vendor-neutral vs. the Microsoft-specific exam, but is there much overlap? Should I focus on 70-680 and then go after the 902, or do the 902 first?
