Inter lan connection

The link below has a file of pkt version 6.2. It depicts 4 lans connected via farme relay cloud. One lan is ISP demo. it is 6.0.0.0 A class network.Other lans are private C. Only the ISP can't connect with the other lan , all the other can connect to each other.

Why?

No sub interfaces on the Serials, Router on the sticks everywhere, No DLCI numbers on the subinterfaces, DHCP Conflicts,,, barf! This thing is a mess! Is this your homework or did you just randomly find it on the web?
