So you are mad because they didn't give you a completely empty room to test? It's just like any other standardized test...people all over...and generally people will be taking different exams either technical or other subjects like real estate. Next time just get the noise cancelling headphones because you have a lot of exams in your future and don't stress. I would also try to take exams earlier in the day because later time slots generally have a lot more people...dependent on the testing center though.
