Why no practices for windows exams for free? but Comptia has tons

Have done a few Comptia Certifications now and have noticed numerous resources to study up on for free versus hardly anything free for microsoft certifications. Would this be microsoft's doing or are they just not as popular as the A+ and a few others? Noticed this on the 70-697
