Study Material for Server+

Currently using Exam Cram II (sko-002)
Mike Meyers Passport (sko-001)

I see there is quite a bit of material introduced in the updated test. Does anyone have a suggestion to current material study guides? I don't care a whole lot for the Exam Cram II because it is laid out more like a history book rather than an instructional how to guide or related facts. (boring)

I see TCat Hauser has a study guide. Anyone know if it is more of a general guideline or if it focuses on laying out the facts? information? Sometimes straight information and definitions are easy to study for some people (me).

Any suggestions for what materials to use for studying?

Sybex was the only book I used for this Exam but I took the exam before it was upgraded.
