Hardware security?

Need some feedback from the community here in regards to hardware security. I'll be working on a very sensitive system and need to ask a few questions to the people that will do the installation. So when it comes to hardware security what type of questions would you ask? So far i have a few questions like, what type of firmware, what type of hsm and bios lockdown. I'm sure I'm missing a lot more so any feedback will be much appreciated.

    Well to start off, Bios PW, disable USB/CD (USB enabled for non storage) Activate Computrace (If there) use some type of HD encryption, bit locker for example. Copiers/scanners remove HD when disposed .
