PAT dynamic
txn41655
hi, I am creating PAT dynamic on a router. Could any one tell me if the public addresses Prefix in the pool must match the prefix (/30) of the global inside address? example /24 in the pool and /30 for global inside ? thanks.

No, there's no reason they should match. The Global Inside address is just the public address of the router doing NAT, so it's subnet mask will just match whatever network it is connected to. Of course, sometimes they will match just by coincidence, but usually they won't.
