Server Administration fundamentals lab?

Hello everyone, I had posted this question in the General Certification area but haven't gotten a response yet so I thought I'd ask it in the Microsoft specific area of the forums.

Do I need to lab at all for MTA 98-365 (Server Administration Fundamentals?) Currently the MVA videos, ITProTV videos and Tom Carpenters book are what I'm using. If this is enough without labs then that would be great! Sorry for the somewhat dual post, just wanting to make sure I'm as prepared as I can be before I sit for the test.

How much experience do you have with server? I imagine you would want to be comfortable with completing tasks in the GUI, command line and PS. This is based on my recent MS cert experiences.
