First Interview Tuesday!!

Well, I have my first interview for a paying IT position on Tuesday. I know most people don't get the first job they interview for, but I would love to have a job lined up for when I graduate college this May. Any advice for the interview? The position is an IT specialist. Thanks guys!!

Relax and be confident. Be honest, if they ask you a question you don't know, just tell them you don't. If you make something up, they probably already know the correct answer, and you won't look so good. Dress professionally; Full suit, and be cleanly groomed. Be a little bit early, bring a newspaper to read until they're ready for you. Be polite, and speak easy, don't rush your words, you'll look very nervous. Even if you are, you want to show them you'll be ready, and that you are the person they should hire. Also, follow up with them, show them you want this position. Don't call it a job; a job is working at McD's, a career is where you're headed.i remain, he who remains to be....
