Duplicate of passed courses certifications

Hello, back in 2012/2013 I've completed Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching course, but I've lost my paper version of certification and letters. Today I logged on NetAcad website to check if there is any way to download those confirmations, but haven't found any. Do anyone know if there is any way to get duplications(pdf version is totally fine) of those certifications?
