I am currently taking the routing and switching fundamental 100-101 ICND course

It's going well!

I was wondering what entry level ( starter)jobs will help me gain a even better understanding plus a hands on approach to the course I'm taking

Try and find an entry level NOC position. Beware most entry level NOC positions tend to have strange hours but being young I would say it's worth it to get some experience into the field.
