CCNA Sec Cert Guides: 640-554 vs 210-260

How different is the new exam vs. the old? I ask because Keith Barker's 640-554 official cert guide has much better reviews than the new cert guide has. So if the exams aren't all that different, I think I'll buy the old guide.
