how can I get my ID and Access number

not sure if this is the best place for this question, but I got my MCSE way back when and now I want to make some business cards and use the logo but I can't put my finger on any of my information...basically my member ID and access number...so I can't get access to the logos from the microsoft site. How can I go about getting that information...hopefully something that doesn't take weeks. Is there a way I can get a copy of the logo without that info?
