cheap options to get certified in ISO 27001 lead implementer?

Seems the only way to get certified is to attend classes, approx 1500/2000 pound i cannot afford. Any cheaper options out there?

Dont think i can book the exam like other certs...

Just sit the exam direct from someone like Exams

I'm also looking at getting the lead auditor certification, do I need to go for lead implementer training before the lead auditor?
If advice me a little it would go a long way.
