Passed 272 today, let's welcome another MCDST

After several months of procrasination I finally took the second, and final test for MCDST. This test seemed a lot easier than the 271 test, and my score reflected that as well. If I recall I scored an 860 on 271, and I scored a 918 on 272.

I used the MS Press book and the Exam Cram to prepare for the test. I didn't see any one subject that really stood out on the test. The technique I used for most of the questions was the elimination approach.

The one thing I will emphasize for all would-be test takers. In Internet Options, make sure you know the difference between the Security and Privacy tab. I did see several questions that tried to trick you with this one.

I just passed my 272 on April 25th and I agree that the tricky part was in the Internet Options > Security & Privacy tabs.

To prep I used Sybex and questions on internet and of course, the best way is hands on...
