GBIC for Cisco 3550

I need to get a GBIC or two for some old 3550s. Just want to make sure I am not buying the wrong thing.

Depends what wiring you want use. Twisted pair ? Optical ?
for twisted pair cabling - GS5483 - 1000Base-T
for fiber optic cabling - GS5484 - 1000Base-SX - short wavelength
The one which you listed from amazon is for twisted pair, but their looks different, i mean the images are for optical version.
