Of the vendors listed, Cisco and IBM would be the weakest. VMware's great for on prem, but their public footprint is small (At least until aws partnership comes online).2018 Certification Goals: Maybe VMware Sales Cert

[FONT="]"Take a closer look and you’ll find: Amazon Web Services (AWS) market share retains at about 40 percent of the IaaS and PaaS sector — larger than the next three players (Microsoft, Google and IBM) combined."

Azure is your best option if you're heavily invested in the Microsoft ecosystem.
GCP is in my opinion the coolest of the top 3 cloud providers.
VMware skills, however, are still currently very, very valuable.Goals for 2018:
Certs: RHCSA, LFCS: Ubuntu, CNCF CKA, CNCF CKAD | AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect Pro, AWS Certified Security Specialist, GCP Professional Cloud Architect
Learn: Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus & Golang | Improve: Docker, Python Programming

Since you are keen on cloud security, you can consider doing CCSP. First year AMF is free and your CISSP substitute for any CCSP experience requirement.
