setup share folder for simultaneous access homegroup

Hi guys , I am trying to setup a homegroup granting 10 users simultaneous access to a single pdf file on my pc.

KEY points:
Only 1 pdf file sitting on my pc will be viewed by 10 users simultaneously/concurrently on their own pcs.
pdf file has about 4 pages and they will need to browse through the pdf simultaneously

My solution is to create 10 folders with 10 copy of the same pdf in each folder. homegroup view only permission will be granted so that they do not copy/edit the file.

Any suggestion on how I can do this ?
