Kotlin - Loving it!

With the recent announcement by Google they are backing Kotlin and making it a first class language for Android I decided to take a look. I am loving it! Java has always been pretty difficult for me and Kotlin seems to really iron out some of the issues. Definitely sold on Kotlin!

I have looked at kotlin every now and then. I have been using IntelliJ for my java projects exclusively for almost 4 years now and would look at kotlin every now and then. I can't say I'm a full adopter of it but it has a lot of promise as it's adoption by google has shown. I am still keeping an eye on it to see where it goes.
