I passed the MTA 98-366 Networking Fundamentals this morning!
I have no experience in IT, I'm currently a receptionist that helps out with accounting. Other than generally being good with computers, this was all new to me. I'm taking this to get into WGU because I have an opportunity to get into IT at my current job. This was a lot of information to take in, but I feel like a have a good foundation now.
I was so nervous even though I was confident I had really learned the material instead of just memorizing. I got an 86, which was way better than I thought. When I was done, and before I got my score I had convinced myself I had failed.
I read through the Microsoft Official Study Guide as well as the Sybex book by Gibson (highly recommend), I watched all of the MTA videos, used the Measureup test, and watched some CBT nuggets with the free trial.
