Dear, I am from Argentina. I want to ask you the following question. When conducting the exam, outside of America, is it possible that the Legal Domain is obsolete?

    No, definitely not.

    Many jurisdictions have far more comprehensive laws and regulations than America does, especially with the EU. America has a patchwork of various laws that apply to security and privacy, but lacks overall comprehensive ones that many other jurisdictions have.
