Can anyone tell what is the best book for learning the Mobile Application development

Considering you don't yet know which platform you want to develop for, what language to develop in, or what kind of application you are interested in developing, I'd suggest starting with Wikipedia to narrow these down first.

First, you need to decide whether you want to develop for iOS or Android (or one of the other OS'). Android is based on Java and iOS is based on Objective-C (and I guess Swift). Two entirely different platforms and languages. I recommend Big Nerd Ranch's books myself. But there are tons of beginning sites out there to get you started like Code Academy.
