Any Tips for Taking Arcitura Exams?

I'm going on a side (hopefully quick) journey to renew my CompTIA Cloud+ certification by taking two exams by Arcitura. Yes, two exams are required to get the Cloud Certified Professional (CCP) certification that I can use to renew my CompTIA certification. Each exam costs $150.
However, not much information is out there regarding their exams, only the fact that the first one I'm taking (C90.01) is 1-hour long.
What's the exam format (i.e. multiple-choice, true-or-false, etc.)?
I bought a book titled "Cloud Computing: Concepts, Technologies, and Architecture", which, according to Arcitura, will cover the concepts in the C90.01 exam.
Any tips will be greatly appreciated.
