Advice on study material

Getting ready to start WGU in July after finally passing the Net+. Also have an opportunity for a tech job at a major Cisco resale and service company so I need advice on a few things.

1. Best study material for Linux+(LPIC 1,2,3), CCNA, and CCNA Security? I already have books for Sec+ and A+ and I am not even worried about those certs.

How much time do you think it will take to get the CCNA?

Is Linux Academy adequate training for the LPIC certs?

Is the WGU material adequate for testing?
