Does anybody already tried/used this? How does it compare to the real exam and what would be the reasonable score you guys think should I consistently get from this before going through the actual 401 test? Any feedback would be appreciated. TIA!:D

BTW, I also have other resources like professor messer videos ( and notes ) as well as cbt nuggets vids.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I don't have a copy of Gibson's security book. However, I read that there are practice questions on the end of each chapters of that book. How would you compare his practice questions from the book to the actual exam?
