Hi guys,
Im starting a new network support role in the next 2 weeks or so and I need to to do some desktop support from time to time.
The main things would be AD and MS Exchange.
Could any body let me know on what things I might encounter in a company with a couple of hundred end users and what to get acustomed to?
Currently Ive got server 2012 and exchange 2013 installed and an AD administrator book studying an hour a day in conjunction with my ICND2 studies.
Any tips and recommendations will be helpful.
Thanks

if you're doing AD 1st level support, you're doing password resets, name changes, new users, terminations, etc.
if you're doing exchange stuff, a lot of it depends on if you're on-prem or exchange online. online you're doing basic stuff - creating mailboxes, terminations, maybe outlook support, etc.
