Security: Wireless Authentication

This question is for anyone, but geared towards security minded folks

For employees trying to connect to wireless on domain (company owned) computers, do you set the authentication to "user authentication" or "computer authentication"?

Using computer auth has some advantages, but I'm wondering if it causes security concerns?
