Looking at taking the Certified Authorization Professional Certification (CAP)

So I'm looking at taking this certification but wanted to know a few things for those on here who took it or are knowledgeable about the field/cert:
a.) Is it marketable??
b.) How difficult is it to pass?
c.) Seems hard to find any good study books for the certification.
After a short break from INFOSEC, I'm looking to get back in the field and move towards the ISSO or GRC route but would like to brush up on my knowledge. Besides, I need to renew my CISSP anyway and I think this could count towards that.
