Hi,
I'm just starting on this track, I've gathered that wireless controller is used. Can this be virtualised? Also, not sure what Prime is and ive heard thats used. I just want to make sure I'm prepared before I start.

Yes the 90day evaluation Virtual WLC is available but you will have to source that from somewhere unless you have a valid CCO account. -

According to NOC-Ninja (CCIE-Wireless), a virtual lab is certainly sufficient to get one through the CCNP-Wireless track per another thread. I don't know if that's through GNS3 or not.
