Citrix Metaframe and CIW certification

I've been looking at a couple of job postings around my area and I notice some require knowledge in Citrix Metaframe. Would it be worth the money and effort to get certified in Citrix Metaframe? I also just read about CIW certifications. Are those worth the effort to get?

A lot of places that are asking for Citrix want you to have experience with the product, so the cert might not help you that much unless you have the experience to go with it.
