Online degrees for international students?

The rising cost of tuition in the UK makes the price of the USA colleges a lot nor palpable these days.

Are there any equivalents of WGU offering enrollment to international students?

    You have The Open University in UK .. ( my degree is form an OU affiliate university )

    I contacted WGU few months back (maybe years I don't remember) they informed me that it is for US citizens only, it would have been nice to get certified and get a degree at the same time.

    OU aint cheap and you also can't transfer credits or finish in less than the specified time
