in CCNA & CCENT
Hi all,
As I study for the CCDA, my brother is going to be studying for the CCNA. I will be doing the CCNA after I get the CCDA.
One question he had was: should he take the single test or split it up?
What are your opinions?
Thanks in advance!
P.S. I did a search to see if this had been asked and couldn't find it with the search. I also went back 4-5 pages deep and didn't see/notice a similar topic. (just an FYI for those who will say this has been covered many times....) :P

Alien Member Posts: 398It really depends on how much info one's memory can retain. The two exam option breaks these into manageable chunks but then it costs more. On the other hand, the one exam option costs less but it requires taking in alot of information. I personally went took the 640-801 but didn't pass on first try ofcourse. It depends on the person.Hard times on planet earth.

One easy test and one hard test
or
One hard test (with some east stuff on it)
That's how I looked at it. With 2 exams you can focus on fewer topics, but you also can get more "harder" questions.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set! -
