ipv6 unicast-routing, not working

James777James777 Posts: 20Member ■□□□□□□□□□
Hi all,

I've trying to do an IPv6 lab for the first time, and when I enter
R1(config)# ipv6 unicast-routing
the router says invalid input, in fact, there's no ipv6 command at all.

System image file is "flash:c2800nm-advsecurityk9-mz.151-4.M10.bin"

is something wrong?

Thanks

    From @theodoxa

"You'll want the Advanced IP Services or Advanced Enterprise package as the packages below that (Advanced Security, IP Voice, IP Base) don't support IPv6.

    c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.151-3.T4.bin
    c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.151-3.T4.bin"

I see, I was wondering if it had something to do with the IOS version...

how can I check if a particular IOS support such and such features?

    Cheers

Cisco Feature Navigator - Cisco Systems

That's quite cool. Not sure if people use it or not...
