Multiple MCSE Recertify

Hello guys,
I was wondering if someone have 2 MCSE Certifications (ex. MCSE Productivity and MCSE Mobility) and they are about to be "Inactive'' or "expired" or whatever microsoft wants to call it , Will both of them get renwed if i take one exam at any of these two MCSE Paths as in cisco? or should i take a new exam in each MSCE to renew both of them?

If the exam is a designated as an elective, and it is an elective for both certifications you hold, then it should be sufficient. At least that is my understanding.
