Carry a Dictionary

Dear, I am from Argentina. I plan to take the exam in English, considering the translations are misleading. I read, that if I prove that the English language is not my mother tongue I am enabled to carry a dictionary Is it like this? Should I take it or give it to me at the exam center? Any steps for this? Thank you!

ISC2 used to have some verbiage in their website indicating dictionaries were allowed. This was removed at some point, suggesting they are now not allowed. Your best bet is to contact ISC2 directly and find out.
