Quick question

Hey everyone, decided to put up another post.

I heard that CompTIA made some recent changes to the exam, and I read the post under this one which gave a brief explanation of this. Was the only change that more current technologies are used? I'm using a Security+ book from 2003, and I hope I'm not studying outdated material. Do you believe CompTIA will actually make a new version of the exam any time soon? IE, SYS-02.
