Advice need buy you guys?

I am and engineer who had multiple microsoft certs back in 2000, I had my mcse in windows nt4.00, and worked IT for 12 years, and left to start my own company, not it realated IT, but stayed current in the computer industry. Fast forward, I have sold my company, and going back to work in IT industry, and going to re cert to current products from microsoft. Have been looking at windows 10 certs, and server 2016, as companys will be moving forward to 2016 server.
Any info you guys can offer is welcome.
