Legit? windows 10 key on ebay, OEM scrap computer

hi all,

looking at buying windows 10 key and found a few sellers selling windows 10 pro keys for under $10.

these pages say the keys are OEM from scrap computers and they say its totally legal.

few of these OEM key sellers have over 10000 reviews.

I just want to check with people in the know if this is legit. I just can't believe its that cheap.

I bought a legit Windows 10 Pro OEM key with original DVD (factory-sealed) on eBay for around $30, incl. S+H. It's legit. I was able to activate it online without any problems.
