Stats on global cert holder, by cert?

Hi All,
I've done a reasonable amount of due diligence research before asking this question but came up empty, and I hope this is the right place to ask...
I was wondering if anyone knows of a a list of certifications and the number of people who hold them, either globally or in a specific market (e.g. APAC, or US).
For example,
CISSP - 76858 (I have the ISC2 stats)
CISM - 10854
CEH -
Etc etc... I just plucked that CISM figure from out of nowhere as an example. This is more for market research than a basis for study or career decisions, so don't worry about that.
If you know any article or resource that I could even use to compile my own stats I would be very grateful for the info. Im especially lacking info on Comptia, SANS, ECC and other cert holder numbers
Anything you can thrown my way would be highly appreciated. If Im able to credibly pull something togehter that's not already circulating, I promise to post it back here.
