Tether to Mimic Ethernet

I have a phone i want to tether , through my PC to loop? back(share the feed) to my router (plugged into pc)so that i can then use the ports on the router for connections for other devices + use the router as a WAP if possible.

Is that possible ? would i need to buy any extra hardware?

Reason being is my phone can pick up a 4G signal from where i am set up, which sometimes peaks at 30mbps, whereas my home only has wimax 4mbps (constant) but its 60 euro a month, they are the only options available to me due to location.
