Forum time drifting?

Anyone else getting incorrect forum timestamps? I checked my settings and the timezone and DST settings are correct. Is the forum not syncing to an NTP server?

EDIT: Just checked and it looks like it's 20 minutes slow -- local time is 4:22 PM, this post's timestamp says 4:02 PM.
