Can anyone advise on why I am getting red instead of green from cable modem to HomeGateway Device? Additionally, I cannot find where the power button is on the HomeGateway to turn it off.

Additionally, another picture has been attached and the question is how do I get the router to pull some random ip address from the Cloud as you see in my lab? I replaced the homegateway device with the router, but also still getting red, and cannot find the power button to switch off that router, nor a CLI.
