How does MS see the Security+ towards the MCSA

I'm just about at the MCSA...just got the 291 to go. I want to use the Security+ as my elective exam. My question is what do I have to do to let MS know this is my plan?? Or do they already have this information and will just send me the MSCA upon completion of the 291?? Thanks for the help.
