Hello Everyone,

I'm really confused and i need your help, I've been for 10 years in System administration, network and ERP fields and now i'm working as IT manager 35 Years old icon_rolleyes.gif.

However, i can see how the demand of information security is getting higher than ever before, and i love to work in this domain. So, my question as i have Security+ and i'm thinking of moving to CISSP then CISM. Do you think it is normal move in my career, i mean if my plan to be information security manager would you hire me with 10 Years experience in system administration and IT management, or it is better to concentrate on IT management stuff and stay away from security field? Thank You. :)
