I myself learning Buffer Overflow from following sources ->
1. Pluralsight Ethical Hacking - Buffer Overflow
2.An introduction to computer buffer overflow problem on using unsecure C or C++ standard functions in C programs
Tell me guys yours resources where you learned and learning about Buffer overflow
Also please tell how you guys practicing BOF practically?
I don't know which machines having BOF for practice from starting

I use PentesterAcademy.
The buffer overflow course is top notch, can highly recommend.
I does come with a lot of hands on. All examples are provided and you'll be able to follow along. -

Yea at every SANS class I take, at my last course, I had brain buffer overflow by day two.Still searching for the corner in a round room.
