New CSSLP exam?

I have to get the CSSLP certification for my job, but the very limited books I've found were all published prior to the new exam outline which was released July 1, 2017. Has anyone taken the new exam, and if so, what materials did you use to prepare?

Also, this is the most recent version of the exam outline I can find prior to the update: https://www.hpe.com/h20195/V2/Getdocument.aspx?docname=c04756361https://www.hpe.com/h20195/V2/Getdocument.aspx?docname=c04756361

Does anyone know if there was another version after this one? It is very different from the current outline, which I expected, but it doesn't even have the percentage breakdown per domain. Thanks in advance for any insight.

    Hi,

The new CSSLP exam outline can be found here: https://www.isc2.org/-/media/ISC2/Certifications/Exam-Outlines/CSSLP-Exam-Outline-v1013.ashx

It includes the examination weighting per domain as well.

    Kind regards,

ISC2 said they don't have plan to issue new book edition as of now. One of my friends pass CSSLP with 2nd edition. Good luck to anyone who ever read this and planning to take.

For those who have taken the CSSLP exam and/or course, did you find this helpful? A colleague at work was thinking of taking this exam, but his manager discouraged him from doing so and had him take the related SANS class instead.
