Application for CISA Certification

Greetings all,

For those that have successfully applied for certification.

I sat and passed the CISA exam on Sep 21 and the results have been posted on ISACA's site. I've completed the application form and my manager has signed it and the application fee has been paid.

My question is, do I only need to email in the completed application form to application@isaca.org or do I need to add other information in as well? If so what exactly?

Point 3 - Sumit verified evidence of five years work experience est. is this covered as part of the application form were ISACA will contact my manager that signed the form or do I need to provide that, and if so what form would that take?

Want to make sure I submit all the needed information correctly the first time around.

    Send my application in yesterday afternoon and it was approved by the end of the day when I checked sometime last night. Received an email around 12:00 today confirm accreditation and myCertifications on ISACA site is updated as well. icon_cheers.gif

    May i know how you have applied for the application.

    Have used the post or the email to send the scanned documents?

    What are documents attached?

    Would be of great help.
