SITCS: how to prepare for it?

hello so I wanted to start studying for SITCS exam which is all about ESA/WSA/FirePOWER after searching the forum and the web I can't really get my hands on good materials CBTNUGGETS is very small about 3 hours? i mean there's no way keith can cover all 3 topics in that time and I'm bot sure about INE I've found labminuts.com which have some awesome videos including firepower so there's that can anyone who passed the exam or studied these topics give me some advice for materials I can use to prepare for this exam? thanks

Cisco Learning network as an updates course for the new exam.
It's not bad. INE also has a course but it's for the 1.0 version.
Labminutes is a great resources as you stated.
I just wish there was some legit practice exams. Not ****! Something from MeasureUp
